Maureen (Zwaak) Our visit to Balloch 28th april - 5th May
Dear Adam, Just a short note to let you know that we had a fantastic week at Laudervale Gardens nr. 1. As you know this was a visit to celebrate our Silver Wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful dinner/dance party with our family in Glasgow and then a wonderful week in Balloch. Laudervale Gardens is very much in our style. The setting for the appartment in the old Loch Lomond hotel is perfect. Every comfort was provided and enjoyed both by ourselves our teenage daughters and my mother in law. The weather was perfect and unfortunately we have arrived back in the Netherlands to rain. We hope to visit Balloch again in the near future and will certainly contact you again. We stayed in the townhouse from the 7th July 2007 for a week. The house was great, clean, tidy and in an ideal location to explore the surrounding areas. Adam was very helpful and gave us an idea of some of the best activities to do within the surrounding areas. Would definately recommend the Gorge walking, Canoeing and having a meal at the Lodge of Loch Lomund. We where lucky with the weather and all had a great time. Laudervale gardens was well furnished and of a high standard, also in a great location. Owner met us when we arrived and gave us good local info and advice. We will recommend to friends and family.

Loch Lomond,Katrine,& Fyne,all beautiful. wonderful drive through The Trossachs national park. Excellent train service to Glasgow. Lots of good places to eat and warm friendly people.

The apartment is a very good location for walking distance to the local pubs and restaurants and a short drive from many charming villages loacted around Loch Lomond. The landlord provided lots of useful information for local places to eat and see.
