Rates for a full week Saturday to Saturday vary from £380 to £850 depending on the time of year.

Short Breaks
We offer a minimum of 2 night stays from September through to May. The rates for a minimum of 2 nights stay start from £250 to £400 for a 4 night stay.

Holidays: Easter, Christmas and New Year

The property will be ready for occupation after 4:00pm on the day of arrival and tenants are asked to vacate the premises by 10:00am on the day of departure. Provisional bookings will be accepted by telephone, but must be confirmed by returning a completed booking form together with a deposit of £100 per week within 7 days. The balance of the full rental must be paid not less than four weeks before the commencement of the let. In addition a separate cheque for accidental damage and good housekeeping for £100 must be sent with the deposit. This will be returned in full within 1 week of your departure date so long as there has been no damage and the apartment is left as found.
